Degree Attestation from UAE/Dubai Embassy

After getting your job offer from your company they will ask you for your verified degree from UAE Embassy, Pakistan. For degree attestation, you must to know following things.


MASTERS DEGREE OR BACHELORS DEGREE it doesn’t matter both have same procedure.

  • Degree should be attested from HEC (Higher Education Commission)
  • Degree should be verified from Ministry of Foreign Affair (MOFA).
  • These above two attestations are prior attestations required before UAE Embassy Attestation.
  • Supporting Documents required for Document/Degree Attestation from UAE Embassy
  • Color valid passport (Copy)
  • Color CNIC (Copy)
  • Original degree prior attested from HEC and MOFA.
  • Name should be same on Passport, CNIC & Degree.
  • Intermediate & Matric Certificate Attestation HSC or HSSC
  • Getting your Intermediate or Matric certificate attested require below mentioned procedure:

These certificate should be attested from IBCC and MOFA.

Nikah Nama Attestation from UAE Embassy

Nikahnama in Urdu will be attest but you have to get it translated in Urdu and English on single page so that these two papers could be attested. One Urdu Nikahnama and one its translation from foreign office and then it will be attested from UAE Embassy. Following are supporting documents required for Nikahnama Attestation or Nadra Marriage Certificate Attestation.

Marriage Registration Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy

As per the law of UAE, your Marriage Certificate should be attested from UAE Embassy in Pakistan. Because these attested documents provide legal proof of your pious relationship and after attestation you can process your family visa. Birth Certificate Attestation from UAE/Dubai Embassy

The purpose of this article is to provide help to our customers for family Visa Processing. Birth Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy is not as complicated as the attestation/verification of degree from UAE Embassy. The verification of Birth Certificate is the part of family visa processing. Birth Certificate basically provides legal proof of your children to UAE government.

Birth Certificate will be issued by union council of your area.

It will attest from Ministry of Foreign Office.

Then it will attest from UAE Consulate.

  • Color passport copy of husband and wife
  • Color CNIC copy of husband and wife.

B – FORM Attestation from UAE/Dubai Embassy

B-Form Attestation from UAE Embassy is slightly different from attestation/verification of birth certificate from UAE/Dubai Embassy. Difference between Birth Certificate and B-Form is that B-Form is issued by NADRA and birth certificate will be issued by union council. B-form will be completely in Urdu language which is not understandable for the UAE embassy/consulate, that’s why we have to translate that B-Form in English and Arabic. (B-Form Sample Attached)

Procedure of Attestation/Verification of B-Form from UAE/Dubai Embassy/Consulate

First of all, translation of NADRA issued B-FORM in English and Arabic.

These both papers (B-Form +Translation of B-Form) will be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Then these both papers will be dispatched to UAE Embassy for Attestation/Verification.

Requirements for UAE Embassy Attestation In Pakistan: 

  1. Color passport copy of husband and wife
  2. Color CNIC copy of husband and wife.
  3. Wife CNIC and passport should be on husband name.
  4. Passport copy of children

School leaving/Report Card certificate attestation from UAE Embassy

School Leaving Certificate Attestation/Verification from UAE Embassy is compulsory in case you want to register/admission of your children in (UAE) schools for continuity of their education. School leaving certificate is basically legal proof that your children was already studying in Pakistani school.

Procedure of Attestation/Verification from UAE Embassy/Consulate

First of all school will issue you a school leaving certificate on their letter head pad with school stamp.

Verification of School Leaving Certificate from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

Attestation of School Leaving Certificate from UAE Embassy/Consulate.

Required Documents

  • Father and Mother CNIC and Passport Copy.
  • Passport copy of Children.
  • Diploma Attestation from UAE Embassy

There are two categories of diploma

1 and 2 years of diploma

3 years of diploma

– 1 and 2 years of diploma need prior attestation from NEVTEC AND MOFA. 

– 3 years of diploma need prior attestation from IBCC and MOFA.

But one thing is same for both categories that matric certificate will compulsory attest by embassy along with diploma.

Supporting Documents for Diploma Certificate Attestation

  1. CNIC copy
  2. Passport copy
  3. Name should be same on CNIC, Passport and on diploma.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Applications for the Consulate of UAE can be submitted and collected from Gerry’s offices personally or through blood-related authorized relatives only.

Foreign degrees, B. Form, FRC and Medical fitness certificates cannot be accepted for attestation

Applicants do not require any appointments to submit their applications.

Fee will be accepted only in PKR.

Sufficient space should be there on documents & in case of hard lamination, ample space should be arranged by the applicant on documents for attestation.

All the documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

PROCESSING TIME:

The processing time for attestation of documents is 4 to 5 working days and could vary depending on the procedures at the Embassy and/or Consulate.
