Documents Required For Degree Attestation From Saudi Embassy Saudi Culture Mission Office.

 

1.     Original Job Contract on Company Letter Head with Stamp and Signature Attested From Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affair and Saudi Chamber of Commerce. 

·        The Contract / Offer Letter /Agreement older than One Year is not accepted by the Authority.

·        Date Of Issue Must Be Mentioned On The Said Document.

·        Only Computerized Contract Letter Is Accepted by The Authority.

 

2.     Original Request letter Company on Letter Head Attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce. 

·        Request Letter older than One Year is not accepted.

·        Date Of Issue Must Be Mentioned on Said Letter.

 

3.     A verification / Bonafide letter from the Degree Concern University, mentioning that the Degree Holder has been a Regular Student.

4.     Original Degree and Transcript Prior Attested from HEC and MOFA Pakistan.

 

If the applicant is in Pakistan, Original passport is required to submit in Saudi Culture Mission Office.

Above all original documents applicant will submit to us.

 

Important Note: If the applicant is in Saudi Arabia, on our instruction below documents will be dispatched directly from Saudi Arabia To Saudi Culture Mission Office.

·        Color Photocopy of Iqama on Company Letter Head with company Stamp and Signature.

·        Color Photocopy of CNIC/NICOP/POC on Company Letter Head with company Stamp and Signature.

·         Color Photocopy of Passport on Company Letter Head with company Stamp and Signature.

·        Applicant will contact us and explain about the case state of affairs so we can do accordingly.
